Passwords are case sensitive and should be entered exactly as printed on the card given to you at the Symposium. Do not enter the quote marks surrounding the 8-digit password.

• It has come to our attention that some of our users are having difficulty accessing this feature. We find that this is commonly caused by the security settings in Internet Explorer being set too high. To adjust your security settings, open Internet Explorer, select Tools, and then Internet Options. Click on the security tab, select the Internet Zone and adjust your level to Medium. Select OK and restart your browser. If this does not fix the issue, please send an e-mail to and we will investigate further.
