Introduction to Servicing the Clinical Lab
Class Description
Clinical Lab presents a tremendous opportunity for service organizations to enhance and expand their offerings to their customers. Servicing the Lab presents the opportunity to offer real cost savings as well as customer satisfaction. This session will focus on the functions and processes of various Clinical Lab departments. Emphasis will be on the equipment and services, which can be provided, to better serve the department.

Stephen Maull served in the US Air Force for 10 years after attending Miami University, where he received a B. A. in Business Administration. Upon joining the Air Force in 1991, he was trained as a Biomedical Equipment Technician at Sheppard AFB, Texas. In 1994, he was stationed at MacDill AFB, Tampa Florida, where he became the primary clinical laboratory maintenance technician in charge of maintaining and documenting all lab equipment maintenance and training. Stephen is a Training Specialist at DITEC, Inc.
