Mr. Weber joined 3M Company as a manufacturing leader in 3M's Safety and Security Division manufacturing organization in June of 1992. By 2001, Mr. Weber became a certified Six Sigma Black Belt in the first wave of 3M's deployment of Lean Six Sigma. Throughout his Six Sigma post, he has been devoted to operational effectiveness and continuous improvement. In 2005, Mr. Weber became the leader of customer solutions for 3M's Trace and Trace Solutions organization dedicated to automating Healthcare processes with AutoID technologies and software infrastructure. A native of Madison Wisconsin, Mr. Weber earned a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.
